What is HeyKiki?
HeyKiki makes life interesting. It allows you to pursue and improve upon existing interests and learn new ones while getting to know like-minded people. Users make connections with practice buddies and instructors to schedule individual or group activities based on location, while instructors can gain access to a broad, targeted network of members
Is HeyKiki.com free?
Yes! HeyKiki.com is free to join and all features/functions on the site are currently free. HeyKiki is always free for users and as part of our launch promotion we are currently offering free postings for instructors.
Can I invite friends to join HeyKiki.com?
Absolutely! On the site you will find a link that allows you to 'INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO JOIN HEYKIKI'. Provide your friend’s Email Addresses and we will email them an invitation request from you to join with your personal message included.
Registration
How do I find an activity that I am interested in?
From the home page, you can type in the specific activity name and/or location in the search box or click an activity image or click on the activity name in the word cloud. You can also click on the Learn or Explore tabs and view the numerous categories and activities available.
What does Learn mean?
You can find an instructor in a particular activity in any location.
What does Practice mean?
You can find a practice buddy in a particular activity in any location or post your information requesting a practice buddy in a particular activity in your location.
What does Teach mean?
You can post your information that you are instructing lessons/classes in a particular activity in your location.

How do I find an activity that I am interested in?

Profile Information
How do I change my password?
First login to your HeyKiki account and click on your name at the top of the page or click My Profile from the toolbar. On your profile page click Change Password. Then provide your old and new password. An email confirmation will be sent notifying you of your password change.
How do I update my profile page?
First login to your HeyKiki account and click on your name at the top of the page or click My Profile from the toolbar. On your profile page click on Edit Profile. Then update your information and click Submit.
How do I upload photos on my profile page?
First login to your HeyKiki account and click on your name at the top of the page or click My Profile from the toolbar. On your profile page click on Upload Picture. Then update your photos and click Upload.
How do I remove someone from My Kiki network?
On your profile page Under View All, click on image of trash can to delete member or click on the members name or picture that you want to remove which will direct you to their profile page. On their profile page, click 'Remove Buddy'.
Can I decline a member request or remove them from My Kiki network without them finding out?
Yes. Declining a member request or removing a member from your Kiki network will not be announced.
How do I report abuse?
On your profile page click on Report User and describe issue and click Report.
How do I delete Note Board comments?
Select comment and click on trash can image to delete comment.
General Information
Whose Note Board can I comment on?
You can only comment on your own Note Board or on a member’s Note Board in your Kiki network.
How can I post a review for an instructor?
Only members can post reviews. Click on the instructors profile page and click Post a Review.
Can I post an anonymous review for an instructor?
Yes. When posting a review check Post As Anonymous! before submitting.
Can an instructor remove a review posted by a member?
No. Only members who posted the reviews can edit/remove them.
How do instructors update their activity description/schedule/etc.?
Instructors can go to their class posting page and edit all fields.
How do I provide payment to my instructors?
You work out payment methods directly with your instructor. Payment will NOT be made through HeyKiki.com.
How do I terminate my HeyKiki account?
You can send an email to support@heykiki.com with ‘cancel my account’ in the subject line.
